In its press statement, MSI wasted little time explaining what this implies for the display, but it seems to come down to a gaming dial and a “help monitor” that enables users to rapidly switch between different settings. This would feature volume control as well as Mystic Light, MSI’s RGB lighting control solution.

The Optix MEG381CQR Plus is a 38-inch IPS monitor with a 1000R curvature that has a native resolution of 38401600 (UWQHD+), 175 Hz refresh rates, and a response time of 1 ms. It’s also G-SYNC ULTIMATE and VESA DisplayHDR 600 certified, meaning it can reach 600 cd/m2 peak brightness and has been proven to provide realistic HDR and outstanding contrast. Two HDMI 2.0 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4 port, three USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A connectors, and one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type B port are available for connectivity.
